Join us for a celebratory reception at The Frederick R. Koch Foundation’s Upper East Side townhouse, a historic property built by F.W. Woolworth. This stunning museum-in-a-mansion holds much of the late Mr. Koch’s personal collection of paintings and objets d’art from around the world. The townhouse is the perfect setting for our anniversary celebration of TŌN’s pioneering concert series, echoing Sight & Sound’s exploration of the parallels between orchestral music and the visual arts.
Benefit tickets include:
Tours of The Frederick R. Koch Foundation, highlighting important pieces from the collection
Access to guided tours of related exhibits at The Met Museum
This reception is generously sponsored by Randy Faerber ’73 in memory of Harvey Walden; Janice Haggerty, The Merrill G. and Emita E. Hastings Foundation; Helen V. Atlas; and Anne-Katrin Spiess.
All proceeds from this event will support TŌN’s innovative graduate program for classical musicians, offering accepted students a full-tuition fellowship and stipend.
Just a few tickets left! Reply by Monday, December 2 to secure your Sight & Sound subscription and be listed on the event program.

ABOUT TŌN
Founded in 2015, TŌN is a graduate program of Bard College that is training the next generation of music professionals to become creative ambassadors of classical music, offering a full-tuition fellowship toward a master’s degree in curatorial, critical, and performance studies or an advanced certificate in orchestra studies.
TŌN’s signature Sight & Sound series reflects the interdisciplinary character of the orchestra’s academic curriculum, presenting visual art in conjunction with pieces of music that are connected by related themes. Visit ton.bard.edu for more information.
