New Album “The Lost Generation” Now Available

The Orchestra Now’s new album with conductor Leon Botstein, The Lost Generation,  is now available from AVIE Records! Heard in concert at Carnegie Hall and the Fisher Center at Bard in Fall 2022, this release features rarely heard works by three German and Austrian composers of the early 20th century whose music was unfairly ignored or suppressed following World War II: Hugo Kauder‘s Symphony No. 1, Hans Erich Apostel‘s Variations on a Theme by Haydn, and Adolf Busch‘s Variations on an Original Theme.
