Part of TŌN’s Free Concerts series

The Orchestra Now presents a free holiday season concert at the Julia Richman Educational Complex on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. TŌN Interim Assistant Conductor Leonardo Pineda leads a program of high-spirited audience favorites, which includes Tchaikovsky’s beloved Nutcracker Suite and Johann Strauss II’s Tritsch-Tratsch-Polka. TŌN is joined by NYC’s All-City High School Orchestra for Borodin’s evocative “Polovtsian Dances” and two movements from Holst’s iconic The Planets.
