Meet the Musicians of TŌN: Flutist Olivia Chaikin

TŌN flutist Olivia Chaikin has been playing since age 10, first in her school’s jazz band and then a local wind ensemble before obtaining her bachelor’s degree at the Mannes School of Music and then pursuing her graduate studies in TŌN. She recently spoke with us about her musical journey, as well as what she loves about performing with her colleagues, and her passion for musical transcriptions.
